How to access the car park?
Use the vehicle entrance located at 9 rue Riquet, 75019 Paris then advance to the white gate Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". Once the gate is open, you can park on the Indigo Neo spaces located in the -1 and -2 levels: these spaces are in the zones enclosed by "Indigo Neo Disponible" signs (please do not park outside of these spaces) To leave the car park on foot, follow the car park signage
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Return to 9 rue Riquet and go to the blue door on your left and on which you will find an Indigo Neo code Enter the code indicated in your application Go down the stairs and get your vehicle Follow the car park signage to go to the exit gate Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". You then exit at 9 rue Riquet - if there is a problem, press the intercom and contact the car park agent

Any available space within the Indigo Neo zones
