How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park located at 11 avenue Ledru-Rollin Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription to open the gate Once you have entered the car park, park your vehicle in one of the 5 Indigo Neo spaces: these are marked with an “Indigo Neo Réservé” sign To exit the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs to the exit by building A and use the stairs You then leave the car park by the entrance hall of building 9-11 avenue Ledru-Rollin
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (9-11 avenue Ledru-Rollin) On the building code, enter the code starting with "B" given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application ) After entering the building entrance hall, go to the first door on your left You will find an Indigo Neo digicode (indicated by stickers): enter the same code without the letter "B" (4 digits + 1 letter) Go down the corridor and go to the last door on the right: enter the same code Go down the stairs to access the car park Once your vehicle is collected, go to the gate Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will then leave the car park at 11 avenue Ledru-Rollin
