How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park located at 25 avenue de Saint-Mandé, 75012 Paris Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription to open the gate Park your vehicle on an Indigo Neo space (the spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Réservé” sign) To exit the car park on foot, follow the car park signage You will leave the car park at 25 avenue de Saint-Mandé
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (25 avenue de Saint-Mandé) On the code of the building, enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Cross the entrance hall and enter again this code on the inside digicode Then, go to the door on your right (wooden door at the top of a few steps), then go down the stairs To access the car park, take either of the two doors: press the C key on the code lock and then enter the code available in your application one last time. Once your vehicle is collected, go to the exit Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will leave the car park at 25 avenue de Saint-Mandé
