Go to the entrance of the car park located at 163 rue Montmartre, 75009 Paris (left gate) Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription to open the gate Go down to level -5 (follow the Indigo Neo signs) The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign: from these spaces , choose the one you want To leave the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs You will then leave the car park at 163 rue Montmartre
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (163 rue Montmartre) You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Go down to level -5 Once your vehicle is collected, go to the exit gate at the top of the ramp (left gate) Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will leave the car park at 163 rue Montmartre
