How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park located at 15 avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris When you are in front of the barrier, wait until you see that the second gate is completely closed Then activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription to open the barrier The barrier is rising; advance to the gate which will open automatically once the first barrier is closed. Go down to level -2 and turn right The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want. To exit the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs and use the "Accès 14 Jean Mermoz" You will access the street at 14 rue Jean Mermoz
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (14 rue Jean Mermoz) You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Go down to level -2 by lift or stairs Once your vehicle is collected, go to the gate at the top of the ramp Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will leave the car park at 14 rue Jean Mermoz
