How to access the car park?
Go to the car park garage located at 65 Rue Galilee (at the red light at the intersection of Galilee Street and the Avenue des Champs-Elysees, keep right to go down the ramp of the Indigo car park) Go down to level -4 by following the Indigo Neo "George V" signage and go to the "Zone privative" gate Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription to open the barrier and gate simultaneously. Go down the ramp to level -6; park at level -6 or go up one level of theother side to park at -5 The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want. To leave the car park on foot, follow the car park signage and go back to the ground floor.
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Even if you have left the car park on foot from another address, you must use the pedestrian entrance at 55 avenue George V (Indigo lift in front of Louis Vuitton store) Use the lift to go down to level -4, then the stairs to reach levels -5 or -6: open the access door to the car park with the Indigo Neo code by entering the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Once your vehicle is collected, follow the car park signage to go to the exit barrier at level -5 Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription Then exit from the car park by following the car park signage on the ground floor
