How to access the car park?
Go to the car park entrance at 21 rue des Envierges, 75020 Paris Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription to open the gate Go to the second gate: it will be already open Go down to level -3: go straight to the signpost "Level -3 Indigo Neo " and park where you want in this area (all places are reserved for Indigo Neo users) To exit the car park on foot, follow the Indigo Neo pedestrian signs: the stairs to be used are next to the arrival of vehicles at level -3 You will reach the street through the entrance hall of 21 rue des Envierges
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian entrance just to the right of the Indigo Neo gate (with bars) You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Continue all the way of the court; on your right, you will find stairs and two lifts leading to the car park: you must use the stairs and go down to level - 3 (you will not be able to use the lifts that require a badge) You will then find a second Indigo Neo digicode to access the car park: Enter -y the same code Once your vehicle is collected, go back to the first gate on the ground floor Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription Proceed to the second gate facing the street and press the "Exit" button again
