Go to the entrance of the car park located at 21 rue Houdart, 75020 Paris Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription to open the gate Go down to level -3 Park where you want: all the places on level -3 are reserved for Indigo Neo users To leave the car park on foot, you must follow the Indigo Neo pedestrian signs that lead you to the small staircase; then, on your left, you will find a door marked with an Indigo Neo sign; climb these stairs to the ground floor; turn left twice until you open the glass door; you will reach the street by the entrance hall of 14 rue de Tlemcen
