Go to the entrance of the car park located at 28 rue de l'Amiral Hamelin, 75016 Paris On the left of the gate, you will find a digicode with an Indigo Neo sticker: enter the code given in your current subscription on the application (code "car") Wait until the vehicle lift opens, then enter it and press the -3 button Park your vehicle on an Indigo Neo space: they are marked with an “Indigo Neo Réservé” sign You will leave the car park at 28 rue de l'Amiral Hamelin

Use the pedestrian access by which you left the car park at 28 rue de l'Amiral Hamelin On the code of the building, enter the code given in your current subscription on the application (code "pedestrian") From the enterance hall of the building, you will find, on your right, a door equipped with an Indigo Neo code: Enter the same code and go down to level -3 in order to collect your vehicle Collect your car, then call the vehicle lift (attention: if the call button shows blue, your call will not be taken, wait for this button to switch off to make your call) Press the 0 button to exit You will leave the car park at 28 rue de l'Amiral Hamelin
