How do I access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park located at 10 rue Paul Barruel, 75015 Paris
Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit".
Use the right ramp and go down to level -3 (follow the Indigo Neo signs)
The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an "Indigo Neo Réservé" sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want
To leave the car park on foot, follow the Indigo Neo pedestrian signs to the door marked with an Indigo Neo sign; use the stairs to go up to the ground floor
You will then leave the car park at 5 rue des Favorites, 75015 Paris
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Be sure to use the access located at 5 rue des Favorites (second door to the right of the vehicle gate located at No. 5) You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: Enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application)
Go down to level -3
Once your vehicle is collected, go to the gate
